We are offering a reliable and fast delivery service with DPD. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email & SMS with your tracking details.
DELIVERY COST & LEADTIME:
We are working hard to deliver your package in time for the holidays. Due to high workload, we ask you to place your orders before 16th of December 2019.
Please note: No shipments are going out on the following days: 25th and 26th of December 2019 and 1st of January 2020. During these days, the warehouse is closed. We thank you for your understanding.
We only ship to UK Mainland: 5.90 GBP Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases.

FULLY TRACKED ONE-HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW
All deliveries are made by DPD couriers; your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the process. On the morning of your delivery, DPD will contact you with a one hour delivery window and the name of your driver. You will also be given the following options, available both online and via SMS:
Select an alternative delivery date
Have your parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect from your local DPD PickUp Shop
A signature is required on receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how arrange redelivery or collection.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order by using the tracking link in your order dispatch email or in the email & SMS from DPD.
Fjällräven will not be shipping on Dutch public holidays. To avoid any confusion, please check the annual calendar for the exact dates.
Please note: Our shipping carriers will not be delivering on public holidays and weekends in the country of destination.
